I appreciate the flexibility the firm affords its employees, shifting to a remote work environment, with intentional in-person gatherings throughout the year. I believe they’re invested in my growth.
Sydney Menzin

This Fall, several volunteers from our team served at the Trenton Area Soup Kitchen to serve our community. It was an absolute pleasure to support this amazing cause under our PCG Cares philanthropic commitment.
Kendra Carter
Education Associate Manager
I appreciate PCG’s generous and inventive benefits such as 401k and charitable donation matches, the flexibility of remote work, and constant support for family needs and work/life balance. But I have been the most touched by PCG’s Floating Holiday for individuals to identify a day of significance to them, for them to observe as needed. This is extremely thoughtful and respectful of cultural diversity.
